About Cory

Cory Taylor Cox is a yoga instructor in Nashville, TN. He began practicing yoga as a way to reflect, evaluate, and rediscover balance in his life. Cory found his way to teaching because he believes everyone can benefit from finding their unique balance between burning energy and slowing down to restore and replenish.

He received his 200 Hour YTT certificate in 2022 through Steadfast Yoga School and continues his education through specialized workshops. He and his wife live in East Nashville, TN, with their dog, $noop.

Group Classes

We lead weekly group classes in studios around Nashville and are available to lead yoga and meditation for private groups.
